The effect itself wasn't bad, but I was out of luck with 《Masked Dragon》.
It's not like there aren't monsters like Acrys that would be more helpful if they were in your hand...

I hate this small amount of 100... Recruiters for optional effects at the time of battle destruction are honestly slow. On top of that, level 3 dragons don't have anyone you want to actively add to your hand. And if it's a tuner, sync it right away. As mentioned above, ATK is slightly high, so it is a card that is not compatible with harmony and is extremely inconvenient.

It would be a problem if the tuner had such a passive search function. The range is also tiny. I can appreciate that it is hard to rot, but honestly I have the impression that it is poor in dexterity.
A disposition that does not correspond to harmony.
There are more excellent dragon tuners, and I think it's a tough performance.

Since it has a search effect when destroyed, it's not bad that it's a dragon tuner that doesn't spoil easily even on its own.
However, basically, what is required of a tuner is the development power or the goodness of the position.
If it's just a Dragon or FIRE tuner, there are many other strong candidates, and it's hard to prioritize this card.
It doesn't support Shinho or Helldog, and it's tough not to support Cards of Consonance at the last minute...
If it's a deck that can make use of all attributes, races, levels, and tuners, then maybe.

Although it can't be left on the field because it's "level 3 or lower" and "adds to the hand", it can be differentiated enough by calling Hounds that Kamen Dragon can't call and making it a Cards of Consonance cost.
Also, as a Level 2 Dragon Tuner, it can be used more effectively than Fire Dragon, so it can be expected to play an active role in a Dragon Deck that does not include a Phalanx.

However, is it a single card that can give a lot of guidance to the fire dragon? Dragon has a considerable development power when using Darkness Metal, and it is easy to aim for synchro.
A level 2 tuner with a dragon can also be "Trident Dragion" by synchronizing with a level 8 dragon lined up with powerful fighters.
